What is CBT Health Coaching?

Using a unique blend of CBT and Nutritional Health Coaching techniques, we will work together to create a bespoke health plan that will help you make sustainable changes to improve your overall wellbeing. We take an holistic approach which means we look at mindset, nutrition, movement and our social connections.

Sustainable change does not happen overnight, it takes time, active participation, self compassion and commitment. I understand wellness looks different for everyone, my role is to understand your vision so I can guide, support and motivate you to achieve it.

The knowledge and skills you will learn last a life time and will give you an essential toolkit to take control of your own wellbeing now and in the future.

What to Expect?

It starts with a free 15min video consultation. This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense wether I am the right coach for you. Please note all sessions are offered online.

The first step is an in-depth 90 minute consultation, prior to which you will be requested to complete some health questionnaires and keep a 3 day food dairy.

Following this you will be provided with a bespoke action plan including support resources. Weekly follow-up sessions are recommended to keep momentum on making changes.
